Whole & Milled Seed

Whole Seed contains many properties such as: protein, calcium, boron (a mineral that helps set calcium from bones), potassium, iron, fatty acids like omega-3 and antioxidants and minerals, such as magnesium, manganese, copper, zinc; and vitamins A, C, B1, B2, B3 among others. This Super foods has a very low amount of fats, and a high number of proteins, an excellent food for the family.

Milled Seed has all the same nutritional benefi­ts as our regular seed, the difference is that the seed is milled obtaining a powder for easy blending in yogurt, smoothies and soups, and for use in your favorite baked treats. It can also be used as a vegan substitute for eggs.

Oil & Flour

This Oil is made from the edible seed of the plant. The seeds themselves contain high amounts of oil, making it essential to be included on human diet.

Our Flour is a complete meal that is produced from the milling of the plant seeds, has the high content of vitamins and minerals and also provided antioxidant to slow down the symptoms of aging. The absence of gluten makes the flour a great ingredient for celiac patients. It also becomes an essential ingredient that enriches all cooking and baking recipes.
